William Byrne
Principal Consultant and DirectorWilliam Byrne (Bill) is the Director and Principal Consultant of P3 Risk and Safety Solutions. He has worked in industry for over 30 years, with 22 plus years experience in occupational health and safety across all levels of private enterprise. He has been directly involved in the provision, implementation and continuous improvement of risk and safety solutions to industries in construction and maintenance, mining, utilities (Power Generation and Water distribution), oil and gas projects, operating refineries, earth and civil construction and several other heavy industrial service companies.
Bill has demonstrated successful experience in delivering practical safety solutions at all levels of an organisation. Skills honed whilst tendering, winning and successfully delivering some of the largest projects and outages across Western Australia (and internationally) he now uses to benefit our clients.
Bill grew up as part of a successful small family run building business in Queensland and he understands very well the uncertainty and myths surrounding OHS legislation. As such he is passionate about ensuring that such misunderstanding and confusion is demystified and that businesses are supported to effectively eliminate and control their occupational, safety and health risks.

Susan Byrne
Office Manager and Training Program DesignerSusan (Sue) is a qualified teacher with an extensive working history in the hospitality and service industries, specifically in the areas of customer service, administration, training and staff management.
Sue provides the day to day coordination and management of the “back office” needs of the company including accounts, payroll and various client enquiries. In addition she provides injury and health management coordination services to the company and its clients as well as supporting the development of educational (training) plans and supporting material.
Sue grew up and undertook administrative activities in a family business enterprise in Western Australia and understands very well the importance of prompt and friendly customer service. As such she is passionate about ensuring that all “back office” and program support activities run in a timely and smooth manner.

Anne-Maree Byrne
Specialist Consultant and Trainer Program DesignerAnne-Maree has over 4 years applied safety and health management and field application experience across major construction projects (oil and gas and manufacturing industries) and multiple tight scheduled refinery shutdowns. During these roles she has acted both in a direct hands-on safety and health consultant capacity as part of larger teams or remotely in a single consultant / advisory capacity.
Anne-Maree is a qualified special needs teacher and since 2006 has also operated her own life coaching business specialising in practical personal risk management and self-improvement. These skills and knowledge have provided a unique support and value add mentoring skill to all she interacts with. Anne-Maree also has a passion for procedural development and practical risk management.
